Privacy
This site is a brochure and a contact form. There is no account to create, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking across other sites. Below is everything it collects and everyone who sees it.
What the contact form collects
When you send a message, the form submits your name, your email address, the topic you picked, your message, and your company if you chose to give one. That is used for one thing: to read your message and reply to it.
Your message arrives as an email to Xylems Solutions LLC and stays in that mailbox the way any email does. Replies go to the address you gave. Nothing from the form is sold, rented, published, or used to market to you.
Who else handles it
- Resend delivers the email. It processes your message in transit and keeps normal delivery records, such as whether the email was accepted.
- Cloudflare Turnstile checks that submissions come from a person rather than a bot. It runs silently โ there is nothing to click โ and Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser to make that judgement. Cloudflare states that it does not use these signals to build advertising profiles. Their Turnstile Privacy Addendum covers this.
- Namecheap hosts the site and keeps standard web server logs, which include visitor IP addresses, the pages requested, and browser user-agent strings.
- Google Fonts serves the two typefaces, so your browser requests those files from Google.
Spam protection
To stop repeated automated submissions, the server counts how many messages have come from your connection in the past hour. That counter is stored as a one-way hash of your IP address, not the address itself, and it is discarded after an hour.
Cookies and what your browser keeps
This site sets no cookies. If you pick a theme, that choice is saved in your own browser's local storage so the site looks the same when you come back. It never leaves your device and is not sent to the server. Clearing your site data removes it.
How long things are kept
Contact messages are kept as long as they are useful for the conversation and any work that follows from it, then deleted. Server logs and delivery records are kept for the period the hosting and email providers set.
Your choices
You can ask what has been kept about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Send that request through the contact form and it will be actioned; deletion is straightforward, since the only record is usually an email thread.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
